A very successful umpiring course was staged on October 5th at the Eros Bowling Club, Windhoek, Namibia.
Eleven candidates participated, nine from Namibia and two from Botswana and they completed a level 1 umpiring qualification.
With the growth of Bowls around the world, it is important that we have qualified umpires in all regions.
